I owe a big thanks to my brother.
I will never forget last Christmas, it was 2 a.m. and he and I were up talking about life. He proceeds to advertise/persuade/convince/ me to watch the series called 24. I of course was reluctant. I don't really watch TV; I don't have cable and I don't really have the time to sit down and watch it.

(fast forward 3 months)

It was a Sunday afternoon, John and I were bored, the weather was crappy, and we didn't want to spend money renting a movie. We went ahead and put in his roomates DVD of season 1 of 24.

My life is forever changed. I'm not even kidding!

We are now up to season 5---we watch it in multi-hour increments. It's action packed--no swearing--no nudity or sexual content---just hard core, gut wrenching, suspense and thrills (yes killing included). WE LOVE IT! I LOVE IT. EVERYONE SHOULD LOVE IT!

BLOCKBUSTER. $1.00 for 24 DVD's. Can't beat it--we've checked.
