VERIZON NEEDS TO FALL OFF A CLIFF!
Ok...I feel better! :)
Tonight was the wrong night for the verizon man to refuse to help me in everyway possible. For the first time in my life I stuck to what I knew was right and didn't back down. My bill has never been late-my name is on my account-everything is right in the world of verizon with me and them.
John and I decided to save a little extra, we would combine our plans. So---we attempt to do this and verizon man decides it wont work. Why wont it work you ask? I STILL DONT KNOW!! He refused to look up my acct. with my soc. security number, he would not verify my address...nothing. He seemsto think I don't even exist in the verizon world. Hmmmmmm, 9 years of paying this bill on my own and now all of a sudden I'm not aloud to change my phone plan.
So---after my first real aggressive confrontation of my life....nothing. The worst part--I don't feel good after doing it--it got me no where--and some man in verizon world thinks I'm crazy. (now I know why I don't confront people on a regular basis---doesn't work for me. It's not worth my energy and the only person who ends up still frustrated is the confronter!)
So verizon really didn't hear me now......
