Lily, grandma Brenda always taught me to be nice to EVERYONE and it was some of the best advice she ever gave. Years after school I still have people tell me that I was one of the few people in school that was always nice to them.
Lily, always be a daddy's girl. Daddy's are the only safe men you will ever know that want nothing other than love from you.
Lily, carry yourself like a lady. Soon you will want to wear what all the "pretty" girls are wearing and trust your mom when she says, "no." She knows what you look like from an outside perspective and it needs to be ladylike.
Lily, have compassion on others situations and people will have compassion on yours. Period.
Lily, you are beautiful. God crafted you especially unique and I can tell you from experience that you should never let yourself or anyone else tell you differently. No guy is that good looking or that great.
Lily, we all love you. I wish I could get hugs from you everyday because they are so sweet. I can't wait for the next few years when we can start to have girl talk! So fun!
