Buffness




When I experienced my college years I was in the gym 5 days a week. I loved running the treadmill 2-3 miles a day---20 minute ab workout and finishing up with weightlifting for my arms.

Well---that time and drive has passed. I haven't consistently been in the gym since I graduated college (don't do the math-its scary). I had plans last week to start again.....fairly simple work outs but something.

IT HAPPENED!! (once) (in a week) (not good)

So---I figure---baby steps.

Week 2-Goal: workout more than once
