This past weekend some friends and I had a fabulous girls weekend on Black Mountain, NC! We rented a beautiful cabin on top of the mountain that was sheer simplistic joy. We cooked all weekend, rocked in rocking chairs, played games, ate some more, and even hit up the Black Mountain festival which was basically a glorified craft show. The cabin we found on VRBO was a great price and completely stocked with EVERYTHING! If you're looking for a retreat---this is the place!
