The summer has come and gone and I've worked it away as I usually am blessed to do. God continually provides great work for me through families, tutoring, and other opportunities-this summer was no different.
Before School is underway next week, some friends at school and myself are taking off for one last hoo-rah before the whirlwind of school begins. To say the least....I can't wait! The group of us started teaching the same year and have made it a priority to remain close the past 3 years, as 2 of our group move on to different opportunities-it's the perfect send off!
This weekend we will be relaxing at a lake cabin in the mountains that we found for a killer price on VRBO.com. (my version of camping!!) I have recently become somewhat obsessed with VRBO.com and homeaway.com---such great sites to find vacation options at such a great price! We will be staying IN all weekend---no shopping, no driving, nothing. Just food and conversation---my idea of a break. We split all of the meals and cooking...can't wait for some girl time!
